Vanilla Spice Chia Protein Pudding

High-Protein | Dairy-Free | Enjoy Warm or Cool

This pudding is proof that simple rituals can be the most satisfying. Whether you're in the mood for something warm and comforting or cool and refreshing, this recipe flexes to your rhythm. Made with our Vanilla Spice protein blend and fiber rich chia seeds, it’s perfect as a grounding breakfast, post-workout fuel, or a nourishing late-night snack.

Ingredients

Serves 1

Base:
▪︎ 1 cup milk of choice (we love almond or coconut) (keep a extra splash handy)
▪︎ ⅓ cup (38g) Maha Craft Vanilla Spice protein
▪︎ 2 tbsp (20g) chia seeds

Toppings (choose your favorite):
Granola, nut butter, shredded coconut, stewed fruit, fresh berries, cacao nibs, or a drizzle of honey

How to Make It

☁️ Warm 10-Minute Chia Pudding

  1. Heat 1 cup milk until very hot (a gentle simmer is fine).

  2. In a heat-proof bowl or jar, combine the hot milk, chia seeds, and Vanilla Spice protein.

  3. Mix very well. Let the mixture sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.

  4. Stir again, then add a splash of cool milk to loosen.

  5. Top and enjoy with your favorite toppings. (I love granola and coconut)

❄️ Cool Overnight Version

  1. In a jar or bowl, whisk together chia seeds and Vanilla Spice protein.

  2. Add milk and whisk again until fully dissolved.
▪︎ Tip: You can also shake everything together in a mason jar.

  3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.

  4. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or overnight.

  5. When ready to eat, add a splash of milk and your favorite toppings. To warm it up leave it out for 30 min or add a splash of warm water.
▪︎ My go-to toppings: extra milk + lots of granola and cacao nibs
